FAQ's

What is CultureALL?
CultureALL is a not for profit association registered in 2013, in Montreux, Switzerland, and founded by the American conductor John Axelrod and Italian impresario Alessandro Panetto. The Association and its statutes are governed according to Article 60 of the Swiss Civil Code and inscribed in the Register of Commerce. The CultureALL Association receives its support via membership and donations.

Why CultureALL?
During a time of budget cuts and global economic crisis, culture and patrimony are often the first line items to be reduced. CultureALL Association, (a word play on cultural), offers classical music performances in historic locations while providing access to culture and education for underserved communities. CultureALL will explore the challenges for the preservation of culture, by helping urban and underserved communities access their own cultural heritage. We believe in sustainable human development and dialogue through education and culture.

What is the mission statement of CultureALL?
CultureAll has a mission statement to: --- Perform in the great venues of the past --- Commission new works by the great composers of today --- Develop new musical artists of tomorrow --- Provide future public access to culture and patrimony through education, performance and communication

How Can I Get Involved?
The artists and composers of CultureALL act as spokespersons for its values and mission. CultureALL succeeds and financially contributes to UNESCO and other preservation projects by securing cultivated patrons to fund its events. This international "Community of Patrons" have their names published in perpetuity in the composer's score. They also enjoy private rehearsals, conversations and meals with the artists while contributing to the local economy. Though all the patrons have diverse backgrounds in cultural sponsorship, it is the opportunity to educate and make a difference in the lives of people who do not have such access to culture and heritage that is the greatest motivation for their participation.

Why UNESCO?

CultureALL fulfills its intention to perform in the great venues of the past in a unique way by receiving endorsement from UNESCO and finding locations around the world which can both meet the mission of CultureAll and support the world heritage sites of UNESCO.
CultureALL unites with UNESCO in exploring the challenges for the preservation of culture, by helping urban and underserved communities access their own cultural heritage. We believe in sustainable human development and dialogue through education and culture.  As endorsed by UNESCO, CultureALL acts in promoting and utilising with respect all possible UNESCO heritage locations for musical performances. Such UNESCO locations include performances at Warsaw Old Castle, Teatro Olimpico in Vicenza, the Ruhr Gebiet in Dortmund, and in Klangenfurt, Austria.

Our next CultureALL  program integrates the commune of Vicenza, Italy and the surrounding Veneto region to participate in this innovative approach in providing cultural access. With UNESCO's endorsement, 500 people will visit for free The Teatro Olimpico, an UNESCO heritage site and one of Italy's, if not Europe's, most unique examples of cultural patrimony, during our 2 CultureALL concert performances September 5-6, 2014.
