CultureALL Contributes to the Cause of the Real Orquesta Sinfonica de Sevilla
John Axelrod, Artistic and Musical Director of the Real Orquesta Sinfonica de Sevilla, and also President of CultureALL Association in Montreux, Switzerland, announces a contribution of 4800€ to support the public attendance of the 25th anniversary gala concert of the ROSS.
“The Real Orquesta Sinfonica de Sevilla represents more than just music to the people of this great city.,” says John Axelrod. ‘It offers meaning and a message: Culture is for everyone. There are many people who have never attended a concert of the ROSS because they cannot afford to do so. The contribution of CultureALL allows 200 people from underserved areas of the community to attend for free and to be included in the ROSS”s 25th anniversary experience. I thank the ROSS, la Dirección General de Acción Social del Ayuntamiento, and the board of Directors of CultureALL for collaborating on this important social and cultural initiative.”
CultureALL is a non-profit association founded in 2013, in Montreux, Switzerland.
CultureALL creates projects and produces events in collaboration with other
organizations which share its mission:
To perform in the great historic locations of the past,
To perform the music of the great composers of today,
To develop the great musicians of tomorrow,
To provide access and education to underserved members of the local community
CultureALL organizes events in world historic sites with approval from UNESCO to help local communities discover their own cultural heritage. CultureALL has performed at the Warsaw Castle, the Teatro Olimpico in Vicenza, the Musikverein in Klagenfurt and Gritti Palace in Venice.
Most recently, CultureALL launched its educational program and concerts for children and youth from underprivileged backgrounds in the Unesco heritage city of Krakow, Poland.
CultureALL is happy to collaborate with the ROSS as a continuation of the educational program by collaborating with the City of Seville and inviting underserved members of the local community to the Gala concert, especially children and young people from day care centers. CultureALL is committed to the cultural development in Seville and is planning to support a special event of Carmen at the Real Alcazar in September with John Axelrod, the ROSS, and young singers which will be also open to the public.
